Historic Kingdome Implosion (8 images)
On March 26, 2000 at 8:30 am the Kingdome, which for many years had been Seattle's sports arena, was demolished by implosion. Rising from the Kindome's ashes was Qwest Field, the new home of the Seattle Seahawks Football team.
